Who is entitled to health care in the home?

How can I get my home care?

For the care of Medicare home health, you must meet four conditions:

First Your doctor must decide that you need for home care, and formulate a plan for home care and

Second You must, you must have at least one of the following services: skilled nursing part time / intermittent (not full time) or physical therapy or speech therapy services / language or occupational therapy services must continue, and
