Make Weight Gain Shakes


Coconut milk into a shaker. Coconut milk is very dense in calories and rich in healthy fats. Do not saturated fatty acids, coconut and other clean energy sources concerned, saturated fatty acids is very healthy. Add 1 cup whole milk (depending on the amount of powder added, you have two cups and a mixer). Remember, you are trying to gain weight, so do not skimp on calories with 2% or skim milk.

 

850-1000 calories

            Whey protein builds muscle

            Add to your whey protein. Two balls must add 40-60 grams of protein. This is what happens, help you build your muscles.

            250 calories

            Omega-3 is for the health and calorie

Tips and Warnings


        Sip your weight gain shake for two hours --- contains, the more protein, the more they must take to drink. Liquid protein can saturate the body quickly, so enjoy it, drink it slowly.
